Chris is Outstanding at his job. My ASUS gaming laptop that I use to DJ, Live Stream and make content videos with would not come on. Its only 2 years old. I called Chris, he was on the way to a customer in need of his services. He asked me some basic computer questions. This is over the phone. He then told me to hold the power for 10 seconds and let go and re - power the laptop. IT WORKED! Thats a professional who knows his technic and craft in IT and Computer Repair. Very nice and easy to talk with. I asked if I could pay him something? He politely declined. Chris is now my official IT Computer Guy. Excellent customer service. Bravo!
